Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of badcurrency.com and the BAD CURRENCY Studio service (the "Service"), operated by BAD CURRENCY ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a video you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service lets you create AI-generated videos by combining a reference video with photos you provide. Videos are generated by third-party AI technology. Results vary and may not always match what you expect.

2. Accounts

You need an account to create videos. You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your password secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away at support@badcurrency.com if you think your account has been misused.

3. Payments

Each video is a one-time purchase. The price is shown before you pay and is charged in US dollars through our payment processor, Stripe. We don't store your card details. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and videos you upload ("Your Content") and the videos you create. You give us a limited licence to store and process Your Content, and to send it to our AI provider, only to create and deliver your videos and run the Service.

You promise that you own Your Content or have every permission needed to use it — including the permission of every person who appears in it.

5. What you must not do

You must not use the Service to upload or create content that:

• contains nudity or sexual content, or involves anyone under 18 in any way;
• shows a real person without their consent, or is used to deceive, impersonate, defame, harass or bully anyone;
• is violent, hateful, discriminatory, or promotes self-harm or illegal activity;
• infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• is political disinformation, fraud, or intended to mislead people into believing it is real footage.

Content may be blocked automatically by safety filters. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we will cooperate with law enforcement where required.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, our website, templates and branding belong to BAD CURRENCY or our licensors. If you think content on the Service infringes your rights, contact support@badcurrency.com and we'll investigate promptly.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update the Service, our prices (never for a video you've already paid for) and these terms. We'll post changes on this page with a new date.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@badcurrency.com.
